久々土曜日ペンブロックに行きました。

新しいモール、　The Shops at Pembroke Gardens です。

I-95 South to I-595 West. Exit onto I-75 South. Take Exit 9A – Pines Blvd. (Route 820 East) Turn right onto S.W 145th Avenue. The Shops at Pembroke Gardens will be on your right.

From Sunrise, FL
Follow Sawgrass Expressway South (Route 869 South) to I-75 South. Take Exit 9A – Pines Blvd. (820 East)Turn right onto S.W 145th Avenue . The Shops at Pembroke Gardens will be on your right.

From Plantation, FL
Follow University Drive (Route 817) south to Pines Blvd. (Route 820 West). Turn Right onto Pines Blvd. Turn left onto S.W 145th Avenue just before I-75 overpass. The Shops at Pembroke Gardens will be on your right.

From Weston/ Naples
Follow I-75 South. Take Exit 9A – Pines Blvd. (Route 820 East)Turn right onto S.W 145th Avenue. The Shops at Pembroke Gardens will be on your right.

From Miami
826 West to 836 North (Palmetto Expressway) to I-75 North. Exit 9A – Pines Blvd. (820 East) Turn Right on S.W 145th Avenue. The Shops at Pembroke Gardens will be on your right.

では、今回食べたもののご紹介です。



元同僚でこの間ご紹介したペットシッターのジェームスさんはレモネード。

私はモヒートも飲みたかったんですが、昼間から飲酒で捕まるのはいけないので、女の子の頼むような、ストロベリーレモネードを。






ちょっと食べ始めちゃいましたけど、　Lettuce Wraps
a special blend of chicken, vegetables and spices, served with cool, crisp lettuce cups also available vegetarian with tofu　を。　ＰＦ　Ｃｈａｎｇのもおいしいんですよね。

他にもこんな前菜があります。

で、メインはこれ。

ジェームスさんは　Mongolian Beef
with mushrooms, scallions and red chili peppers in a sweet and spicy brown sauce, served on a bed of crispy glass noodles (not served with rice)　を。




私は、前バハマブリーズ食べたのと同じような、　これ。　Asian Cajun Tuna
fresh Ahi tuna wok seared with cajun spices and topped with our signature soy wasabi sauce, served with garlic spinach



他にもこんなメニューがあります。

でも、両が半端じゃなく多いですよね。　なので半分食べてあとはお持ち帰りしました。

ちょっと内陸ですが、ここなかなかいいです。　一人じゃ来難いけどまた機会があったらね。
